A land-information tool (PDM zoning, cadastre, planning regulations) for Portugal. The data shown comes from official public sources (DGT, CRUS, the land cadastre, municipal regulations) and is indicative — always confirm with the competent authorities before taking any decision.
Usage statistics (no cookies). We use cookieless traffic analytics with no personal identifiers: aggregate counts of pages and of actions in the application (e.g. "a search was run", "a regulation was opened"). Individual users cannot be identified. The service used is Umami Cloud (hosted in the European Union), without cookies.
Our own usage log (no personal data). Besides the traffic analytics, we keep our own log of the same actions, on servers in the European Union. Each line carries a random identifier generated in your browser (it is not an account, it is not a device fingerprint, and you can delete it by clearing the site data), the name of the action and the date. We do not store your IP address, your user-agent or cookies.
Error reports. If you use "⚑ Report an error", we receive the text you write, the map context (municipality, category, internal parcel identifier, screen coordinates) and, if you choose to give it, your email — used only to answer the report. These are stored in the European Union, separately from the usage log.
Waiting list. If you ask to be told when we open, we store your email, the role you indicated (developer, architect, estate agency…) and the municipality you care about. They serve two purposes and no others: telling you about the opening, and understanding which areas and which profiles we should serve first. There is no sharing with third parties and you can ask for removal at any time.
Session (demo login). If you sign in, your email is handled by Supabase (project hosted in the European Union) to send the sign-in link and keep the session; with the Google option, Google confirms your account email to us. There are no passwords. On our side we keep only the list of emails with access to the paid demonstration tier. The session lives in your browser and ends when you click «Sign out». You can ask for the account to be removed at any time.
We do not use tracking cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not cross your activity with other sites. We do not publish the cadastral reference of parcels: what the application shows and sends is an opaque internal identifier that does not link a parcel to its ownership.
The application is served by Cloudflare. Traffic analytics is done by Umami Cloud (European Union). The usage log, the error reports and the waiting list are stored in Cloudflare R2 with European jurisdiction, that is, with the objects held in EU data centres.
Waiting list: until we open and tell you, or until you ask for removal. Error reports: until the matter is settled. Usage log: aggregate data, with no link to you.
